Excellent standard of room with cute finishing touches. Close to town centre
Fantastic place to stay. Owners Mark & Gill are wonderful hosts. They made us feel extremely welcomed and relaxed. The rooms are beautifully decorated and it is all spotlessly clean. Breakfast range is plentiful and fresh. We enjoyed it so much, we've booked again for next year. Thank you Mark & Gill x
Our stay at Gill & Mark's wonderful B&B made our trip to Harrogate very special. The rooms are beautifully decorated and impeccable en suite bathrooms. Delicious breakfast every morning set us up for the day exploring the beautiful Yorkshire dales and Harrogate. We've booked or 2nd and 3rd stay now, no doubt when this gem gets discovered it'll be booked up for months. Can't wait to go back!

Lovely room, just be aware 30 steps to top floor room (3,4 &5), amazing host so helpful, great breakfast, beautiful room even though we were on the front the traffic did not bother us. Host will give you a code for other WiFi if the free one not working
Lovely B&B,perfectly situated for an easy stroll into Harrogate centre. The room was pristine & the hosts,Mark & Gill were very welcoming & nothing was too much trouble for them. Parking permits were included on request, which took the stress out of trying to find somewhere to park & leave the car. Perfect stay & I would not think twice about staying there again.
I would like to thank Mark and Gill for a wonderful stay. A amazing hotel and breakfast also. Rooms were lovely and comfortable and clean. Would I recommend to friends and family keep up all the good work.
We had a wonderful weekend at Mark and Gill's beautiful guest house. They are such friendly, welcoming hosts, with some excellent tips on where to eat in the amazing town of Harrogate. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and well-appointed, and the location is superb where everything is in walking distance. We loved our stay at Scotia House and hope to return one day.
